Once I learn a structure like the Blizzard Fold, I like to play with the design and structure to find ways to modify it. That is what I did with the three structures in this book group. I began with three identical strips of paper, inked them all, folded them following the Blizzard Fold instructions and then changed some of the folds to create the pop-up boxes on one and the pinwheel structure on another. By asking "what if" questions and manipulating the folds it is possible to create new sculptural books from one starting point.
