This work is from a collection of 24 miniature altered books created from a vintage book of plays of William Shakespeare. In true Welch style, each book is visual and very tactile as they offer yet another interpretation of these timeless classics. Each miniature volume has been cut apart and rebound from an estate sale found book. Linda then adds an abstract painting on paper as the cover and each book is enclosed in a unique slipcase.
