I use handmade paper and metal to explore ways to abstract the landscape, flora and fauna of the pacific northwest into jewelry designs and sculpture. I utilize hand-fabricated metal, handmade abaca paper, pigment dyes, resin, and found natural objects in my work. My inspiration comes from the beaches, forests, gardens, rivers, lakes….to make pieces deeply connected to my Washington home.
