Created as a "one of three" project using complicated papers as a background and the ink spot is a tribute to my studio. Complicated papers are made with lettering or forms on thin paper—like deli wraps—torn ,arranged and put together with matte medium. I used practice papers, cut some stamps and used some "art that was in the drawer." This was a fun project!
Artist Bio
I have always enjoyed calligraphy as an art form. I have had the opportunity to study with Reggie Ezell, Dennis Brown, Martin Jackson, Thomas Ingmire and now I am in a continuing class of wonderful artist in Portland, Oregon taught by Carol DuBosch. I have a small business (Creative Letter Design).
