Weekend Update

Hard to believe July is gone already! This summer is just flying by.

But before we officially wrap up the month, you have one more chance to catch out two fabulous shows before we close the gallery for summer break. Chris Haberman and Jessica Spring both close their shows on Saturday. Stop by and see these two cool, air-conditioned shows on either Friday or Saturday from 12-6 p.m..

Also, please join us on Saturday at 4:00 for an artist talk and letterpress demonstration by Jessica Spring. Jessica is a very talented book artist and letterpress printer who creates small, finely crafted editions that consider historical topics and popular culture from a unique perspective. Jessica’s Horse Show in the back room has been a big hit this month. Jessica will tell us about her installation and how she managed to saw that horse in half! She’ll bring her tabletop Sigwalt letterpress, so come and print yourself a keepsake.

As we mentioned above, the gallery will be closed for the month of August. But, we will be around. Contact Laura is you need an appointment to pick up artwork or just get your fix of cool artist books from our inventory during the August heat.
