Phaidon Spotlights Jim Kazanjian

One of my favorite publishers, Phaidon, has posted a story about 23 Sandy favorite Jim Kazanjian. It is so exciting to see Jim getting the national attention he deserves for his stunning "hyper-collage" photo works. I always love telling the story of how Jim is one of only three artists who has literally "taken my breath away" in the five years the gallery has been open. You know that whooo-wow-moment? This memorable moment happened at his very first solo show at the always-inspiring Pushdot Studio (one of the best fine art printers in Portland!) who still does a gorgeous job printing his images.
