Excellent Pop-Up Book & Woodcut Worskhop Opportunities

Have you ever taken a 5-day summer workshop out at OCAC? If not, you must. I always feel like I am at summer camp during a long class at this very inspiring and beautiful campus. While you are there be sure to bring up your lunch money, because the food at the Hands On Cafe is fantastic.

If you are a fan of all things pop-up in artist books, you've got to take this class: Carol Barton is teaching her "Paper Engineering & Sculptural Books." I took a similar class from Carol a few years ago at FOBA and loved the class and loved the instructor. Carol is such a talented, accessible, friendly teacher (and author of three important books on the same topic). You would love this class!

Also check out the Layered Color Woodcut Print workshop with Jim Lee. This looks like another great chance to learn from a pro.
